The International Association of Prosecutors each year holds a competition of informative essays on different subjects of prosecutors’ activities among its members.

    This year’s competition is devoted to the problem of “Trans-border corruption: will the prosecutors be able to overcome it?” which relates with the subject of the next 15th Annual Conference that will be held in Haag (the Netherlands) from the 5th till the 9th of September 2010.

    The essays will be judged by the team of greatly experienced prosecutors from different countries of the world according to the criteria of the subject disclosure fullness and the efficiency of the offered means for the problem solution.

    Olga Lytvynchuk, the Head of International Cooperation Department of the International Law Administration of the General Prosecution of Ukraine has taken part in this year’s competition and took one of the first places.

    The winners will be rewarded during the Conference in Haag.
