Having considered the submission of the President of UAP Oleksandr Shynalskyi, the Executive Committee of Ukrainian Association of Prosecutors decided to grand a status of Honorary Member of UAP to the Procurator-General of the Supreme People's Procuratorate of the People's Republic of China Cao Jianming.

On 23 November 2013 in Panama, during the holding the VII Conference of the International Association of Anti-Corruption Authorities, the President of UAP Oleksandr Shynalskyi handed to Mr. Cao Jianming the certificate of granting the status of Honorary Member of Ukrainian Association of Prosecutors.

The Procurator-General of the Supreme People's Procuratorate of the People's Republic of China Cao Jianming expressed a deep gratitude for granting him the honorary status, and a deep conviction in necessity of further strengthening of friendly relations between Supreme People's Procuratorate of the People's Republic of China and Ukrainian Association of Prosecutors.
