On  the 4^th of November 2013, by invitation of the Ukrainian Association of Prosecutors, the delegation of prosecutors from Shanghai, People’s Republic of China has visited Kyiv. The members of delegation Mr. Chu Guo Liang – Chief Prosecutor of Shanghai Xuhui People's Procuratorate District and Mr. Xiao Kai – Director of the Financial and IP Crimes Department of Shanghai People's Procuratorate have met with the President of the  Ukrainian Association of Prosecutors Oleksandr Shynalskyi and the member of Executive Committee of the UAP Vasyl Dragovoz.

During the meeting the guests were interested in questions of the establishment and functioning of public prosecutor’s organizations. The questions which are concerned to the draft of the Law of Ukraine “On Prosecutor’s Office” have also been discussed.

The negotiators have expressed the interest in future bilateral meetings on purpose to exchange the information and to organize friendly relations between the prosecutors of People’s Republic of China and Ukraine.
