On October 5-7, 2012, the 6th Annual Conference and General Meeting of the International Association of Anti-Corruption Authorities took place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Conference was devoted to Technical Assistance and Information Exchange which is the focus of Chapter VI of the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC).

500 delegates from 104 countries took part in the Conference.

The Prime minister of Malaysia Dato’ Sri Mohd Najib bin Tun Abd Razak addressed the participants of the Conference with words of welcome.

During three days the participants of the Conference had a good possibility to exchange thoughts and experience in the field of combating corruption.

The President of the Ukrainian Association of Prosecutors Oleksandr Shynalskyi and the Vice-president of the Ukrainian Association of Prosecutors Vasiliy Chernikov took part in the work of the Conference.
