In November, 2011, the Paraguayan Association of Prosecutors has decided to distinguish the President of the Ukrainian Association of Prosecutors Oleksandr Shynalskyi as the Honorary Member of the Paraguayan Association of Prosecutors.
     This decision was made to thank the President of the Ukrainian Association of Prosecutors for initiative and contribution in the creation and strengthening legal relations between Associations of two countries.
     Oleksandr Shynalskyi has become the First Honorary Member of the Paraguayan Association of Prosecutors.
     The Executive Committee of the Ukrainian Association of Prosecutors congratulates Oleksandr Shynalskyi on the reception of this honorary title.
