 On the 3rd of July in Shanghai, the People’s Republic of China, the seminar organized by the International Association of Anti-Corruption Authorities began its work. 298 delegates from 82 countries take part in this seminar. The delegation of Ukraine is represented by the officials of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine.
In the framework of the seminar the steering group of the International Anti-Corruption Public Service Announcement Video Competition, which was enounced by IAACA, held its first meeting. Till the end of November all the countries-participants will submit to steering group their short public announcement videos about national anti-corruption agency and measures it takes in combating corruption. The results of the competition will be summed up in December, 2011, in Hong Kong, China.
The President of the Ukrainian Association of Prosecutors Oleksandr Shynalskyi, who is the member of the steering group of the competition and the member of the Executive Committee of IAACA, participated in the first meeting of the steering group.
The President of UAP Oleksandr Shynalskyi also held a working meeting with the Procurator-General of theSupreme People’s Procuratorate of the People’s Republic of China Cao Jianming.
