The Gathering participants have approved the report on the Association’s work within the past year presented by its management. The financial report by Henk Marquart Scholtz, the IAP Secretary-General, has also been approved.

    During the Gathering, the new IAP President has been elected. James Hamilton (Ireland) has taken this position. With regard to Henk Marquart Scholtz’s retirement, the Gathering elected a new IAP Secretary-General. This position was taken by Derik Cooper (the Netherlands). The IAP Executive Committee members’ elections and reelections have also taken place. O.Shynalskyi, the President of the Ukrainian Association of Prosecutors, was reelected as the member of IAP Executive Committee.
