The prosecutions’ representatives from the countries of Latin America and some European countries took part in the Conference. The delegates from the Ukrainian Association of Prosecutors joined the Conference on the invitation of Mr. German Garavano, the General Prosecutor of Buenos Aires. The UAP President Mr. Shinalskyi made a speech, its subject being “The structure and the principle of independence in the activities of the prosecution bodies in Ukraine”.

    In the course of the Conference, Mr. Shinalskyi, the UAP President, was awarded by the letter of commendation by Buenos Aires General Prosecution for his hard and fruitful international activity and consolidation of the relationships between the prosecutors all over the world.
