The results of the IAP activity in 2009 and the approved work schedule for the current year have been reviewed during the session.

     The Executive Committee members have complimented the excellent organization of the 14th Conference and the General Meeting of IAP in Kiev arranged and carried out by General Prosecution of Ukraine and Ukrainian Association of Prosecutors. 

     Another event was James Hamilton’s (Ireland) nomination of a candidate for Presidency in the International Association of Prosecutors.

     The Executive Committee urged all the Association members to take part in the Annual Conference and the General Meeting of IAP that are planned for September 5-9, 2010 in Haag (the Kingdom of the Netherlands).
