15.1. An ordinary Conference shall be held annually at a time and place determined by the Executive Committee to discuss topics within the objects of the Association as set forth in the Article 2.3.
15.2. In spite of the terms of the previous paragraph, the Executive Committee may convene the Conference of the Association at a time and a place as it may be determined to discuss topics within the objects of the Association and as set forth in the Article 2.3.
15.3 Every member shall have the right to attend the Conference. The registration fees shall be decided by the Executive Committee after the proposals of the Secretary General concerning every Conference.
15.4. Unless authorised by the General Meeting or the Executive Committee, no Conference shall represent the Association in any respect or take any action in the name of the Association.
15.5. Upon the invitation of the Executive Committee any organisation having purposes similar or allied to those of the Association may be represented by observers at a Conference. The Executive Committee may invite an expert to attend the Conference as in capacity of an observer. These observers shall have the right to attend and may be invited to speak at a Conference.
