10A.1. There shall be a Senate composed of all past members of the Executive Committee.
10A.2. The Senate shall have the following mandate:
a) on request or on its own initiative, to provide recommendations to the Executive Committee or the President on any subject relevant to the objects and functioning of the Association;
b) to assume any responsibility assigned to it by the Executive Committee or the President in compliance with such objects or functioning.
10A.3. Members of the Senate shall serve for life or until they resign and shall have all rights, privileges and obligations of membership of the Association but shall not be obliged to pay individual membership dues.
10A.4. This article shall not apply to a member of the Executive Committee, who has been dismissed pursuant to Article 14.2. |
