9.1. The Association shall be represented in legal affairs by the President, or by a member of the Executive Committee nominated by the President, and by the Secretary General acting jointly. The Executive Committee may grant by its resolution to the Secretary General an individual power of attorney to represent interests and act on behalf of the Association in particular legal affairs specified in the resolution.
9.2. No member shall by reason of membership of the Association be liable for any debt or obligation of the Association in the absence of an express promise or agreement in writing to accept such liability. |
