10.1. The amendments to the Statute of the Association shall be adopted by the General Meeting of the Association.

10.2. The corresponding decision of the General Meeting shall be considered approved, when at least 3/4 of participants of the General Meeting voted for it.

10.3. The amendments to the Statute shall be notified to the registration authorities, according to the procedure specified by law.
