The full name of the Association shall be: the All-Ukrainian public organization “Ukrainian Association of Prosecutors”.
The abbreviation of the Association shall be: UAP.

1.2. The Association shall be established in conformity with the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Associations of Citizens”, other legislation in force and this Statute, and shall operate according to the principles of freedom of expression, equality of its members, self-government, legality and publicity, openness to society and mass media.

1.3. The Association shall cooperate with public and administrative authorities, other public organizations, trade-unions and scientific institutions.

1.4. The Association shall obtain the status of the legal entity starting from the moment of its state registration. The Association shall have its separate property, independent balance, accounts in the banking institutions, seal, stamps, letterheads with its own name and attributes, sample of which shall be confirmed by the Executive Committee of the Association. The attributes shall be registered in the order, established by the legislation of Ukraine.

1.5. The Association shall not be responsible for any obligation of its members, as well as the members of the Association and the local branches of the organization shall not be responsible for any obligation of the Association.

The legal address of the Association shall be 26, B. Khmelnytskyi Street, Kyiv, Ukraine.
